With my intial review, I rated this album as mediocre. Well after listening to it many more times, I must say that I was absolutely wrong.
This is one of those albums that sounds better and better with each listen. This is the best album of the year, thus far.

I bought this album for my husband as he was loving "Magic" on the radio so much. We both LOVE this album and play it constantly, especially when going to bed. Our favourite CP album thus far, for which we had many memories embedded in, had been A Rush of Blood to the Head. This album is on par with it and we look forward to embedded new memories into these songs!

This is an amazing album. The quality of the songs compensates for there being only 9 songs on the album. Coldplay clearly understands how to diversify their music in a way that appeals to the broader public. Captivating.
